I’m Lisa, and I’m glad you’re here.

Let me be the first to share with you, that the feeling of loosing yourself, didn’t just come overnight.

You lost yourself slowly… in the expectations, the achievements, the roles you learned to carry so well that no one ever questioned if they were too heavy.

And I know that feeling intimately—because I’ve lived it.

I was raised by a single mom and my nana—two incredibly strong women who showed me what resilience, sacrifice, and unconditional love looked like. They taught me how to show up, how to work hard, and how to push through. But like so many women, I also learned how to put myself last… how to be everything for everyone and how to measure my worth by how much I could carry

That foundation shaped me into a high achiever. It also quietly shaped the moment I would lose myself inside it.

As someone who helps high achieving women reclaim their identity, I have
lived, breathed, and walked this work.

I toed the corporate line for 23 years losing my identity and spending a good half of my career burnt out, which is what led me to the work I do today with high achieving women.

From the outside, it looked like I had it all together. But internally? I felt disconnected. Exhausted. Unclear on who I actually was beneath the success, the titles, and the expectations.

My burnout wasn’t just a breaking point... it became the beginning.

It led to the inception of the Reclamation Method, my signature approach to helping ambitious women come back to themselves after years of overperforming, overgiving, and losing their identity in the process.

And it became even more personal for me as a wife and a mom to two amazing children.

Because I didn’t just want to build a successful life...
I wanted to be present for it.

I wanted to feel it.

I wanted to live it as me.

Now, I'm deeply passionate about helping women reclaim their identity and their power.

Not by becoming someone new, but by returning to who they were before the world told them who they needed to be.

My work is for the woman who looks like she has it all together…the full calendar, successful business,
but feels like she’s quietly disappearing underneath it all.

The woman who is tired of performing, over-delivering, and holding everything together…and is ready to come back home to herself.

This is the work where deep identity reclamation happens and you remember who you truly are and reconnect with what you desire.

Reconnecting to what you want.

All while rebuilding your life in a way that actually feels like yours.

Because you don’t need to become more. You need to come back to you and I can't wait to show you how.

With you as you rise!
